We offer a range of holistic therapies.
Osteopathy focuses on the diagnosis and treatment, prevention and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal disorders (muscles, joints, ligaments etc…) and the effects of these conditions on patients’ general health. Osteopaths tend to adopt a holistic view of patients and appreciate many factors beyond the area of pain. The most common conditions Osteopaths see and manage relate to low back pain and neck pain, both of which Osteopathy is recommended alongside exercise by government guidelines. Although Osteopaths are most commonly known for treating spinal pain, we can also help manage many other complaints related to joint and muscle injuries of the shoulder, elbow, wrist, knee, hip, ankle and foot.
Sports/Soft Tissue Massage is a manual therapy which is suitable for a wide range of people, not only active sports people, or those in training but also those who have stress and soreness from busy daily activities. Techniques will be tailored to you, your activities, symptoms and preferences and may include deep tissue massage, stretching, trigger point compression, soft tissue release and kinesio taping.
Andrew has over 10 years experience as a physical therapist, and has worked primarily with city workers, sports people, professional dance companies and football teams. Over the years, he has noticed that it is not only major injury that affects our ability to do what matters to us most, but those small, innocuous injuries…. those that creep up on us, that are often ignored, but that ultimately progress far enough to affect strength, stability, flexibility, technique, and even our mood.
The majority of his treatment sessions tend to be predominantly hands-on and longer (1 hour) than standard osteopathy treatments. One of the central elements of the osteopathic approach is to assist the body’s own recovery processes. In this context, he adopts a holistic approach and spends time treating not only what is painful, compromised and vulnerable but also aims to maximise what is working well. He combines both osteopathic approaches and various sports massage techniques depending on your individual needs and preferences.
Supplementary advice given to patients on lifestyle, ergonomics, exercise and dietary issues is aimed at getting you on the road to recovery and keeping you there.

Bellabaci Cupping Massage An ancient Chinese method of creating healing in the body through negative pressure by means of suction. The main principle is to create a surge of blood flow underneath the suction cup, to an area of disease. This action stimulates white blood cells, pain relief receptors and localised healing takes place.Cupping has been found to affect the body up to 4-10cm into the tissue, causing tissues to release toxins, activate the lymphatic system, clear colon blockages, help activate and clear veins, arteries and capillaries, activate the skin, clear treat marks and improve spider veins. This is not a dry cupping or wet cupping method that leaves bright red marks! This treatment is used with oil and the cups are then moved over the skin in a gliding motion. This removes knots and provides relief from inflation.

Sometimes we just need space to talk and to be heard. Sometimes we feel the need to work through life experiences that may be preventing us from moving forward in the way that we’d like to. Kelly believes that as people we are complex and issues can interrelate, so as such she doesn't confine her practice to certain areas of counselling. Often the presenting reason for counselling can lead people to look at other areas of their lives to facilitate processing. She works together with clients for either short-term or long-term therapy, according to what they need. Her approach draws on the various counselling theories she's studied, including person-centred, psychodynamic and humanistic, but really it is the individual counselling relationship itself that drives the work. She works with each client in the way that works best for them. She has a BSc psychology degree and a BTEC Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. She's also studied reiki to level 2 and has a great interest in holistic health.
For Kelly, being a therapist is a privilege. She has been on both sides of therapy, as part of her training and personally, and she is acutely aware of the level of trust that needs to be established within the therapeutic relationship.

We all live busy lives and a condition or ailment can arrive through certain patterns, lifestyles and psychological changes. By using specific techniques for those ailments or conditions the pattern can be reversed and the body is able to heal itself. It is an incredible technological breakthrough in the science of healing. Many professionals including the medical profession, psychologists, therapists, families and business professionals are now utilizing Pranic healing alongside orthodox medicine to help enhance every area of their lives.

Physiotherapy helps to restore movement and function when someone is affected by injury, illness or disability. Treatment can involve movement and exercise, manual therapy, education and advice. Physiotherapists aim to maintain health for people of all ages, helping patients to manage pain and prevent disease. They facilitate recovery and encourage self-management, enabling people to stay in work and helping them remain independent for as long as possible. Physiotherapy is a science-based profession and takes a ‘whole person’ approach to health and wellbeing, which includes the patient’s general lifestyle. At the core is the patient’s involvement in their own care, through education, awareness, empowerment and participation in their treatment. You can benefit from physiotherapy at any time in your life. Physiotherapy helps with back pain or sudden injury, managing long-term medical conditions and in preparing for childbirth or a sporting event.

Reflexology is an ancient system of healing, based on the principle that different reflex or pressure points on the feet, faceand hands correspond to our body’s organs, glands and systems. Through massage, light pressure is applied to the reflex points to help stimulate the body’s own healing process, bringing a state of deep relaxation enabling us to maintain good health and general wellbeing.
How reflexology can help: Stress, Illnesses and disease create an imbalance in the body preventing it from functioning normally. Reflexology can help restore and maintain the body’s natural equilibrium and encourage healing. Reflexologists do not claim to diagnose or cure, however, experience has shown reflexology may be helpful for: -Stress, Anxiety and Tension -Back pain -Headaches -Hormonal imbalances -Promotes sleep disorders -Digestive disorders -Respiratory problems -Improved circulation

Aromaflex Reflexology Aromoflex Reflexology offers a combined treatment of aromatherapy and reflexology. It has been established for a long time now that stress accounts for a staggering amount of illnesses. Aromaflex reflexology offers one of the most effective and pleasurable ways of combating the impact of stress. Research has shown that relaxing essential oils such as lavender, sweet marjoram, clary sage, sandalwood, frankincense and ylang ylang work by stimulating serotonin that is naturally produced in the body to create a feeling of wellbeing, promote relaxation and induce sleep. It is precisely this sort of physiological action combined with reflexology that makes these essential oils so effective when treating such emotional conditions such as insomnia, anxiety, stress and tension.

Kate has been a qualified Reflexologist for over 20 years. She specialises in Pregnancy and Fertility treatments as well as Hot Stone Reflexology, Aromaflex Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Holistic Massage and Pranic Healing. She has a particular interest in Reflexology in Pregnancy, Fertility and PMS. Many women have found that receiving regular reflexology treatments through the later stages of pregnancy can help to reduce time in labour and need for medical intervention. Reflexology during pregnancy has increased in popularity so significantly that increasing numbers of midwives are recommending reflexology as part of the pre and postnatal care package. NHS researchers in Walsall found that “more women went into labour sooner and needing less pain relief than those without reflexology” whilst researchers in Copenhagen found that 58 out of 60 women giving birth experienced “outstanding pain relief using reflexology treatment”. Regarding fertility, more and more couples are turning to reflexology to support them through the conception journey; with increasing numbers of gynaecologists recommending relaxation-based complementary therapies like reflexology before or alongside conventional fertility treatment.
She also offers Bellabaci Cupping Therapy, an ancient Chinese method of creating healing in the body through negative pressure by means of suction. Probably the best deep tissue massage available!
