Caroline has always been passionate about health, wellbeing and movement. With an extensive background in dance (she’s still a sequin addict), she has been teaching hatha and vinyasa flow for 7 years. She also practiced and then trained in pilates to encourage safety and spinal alignment; and with a particular interest in maternity, bone health and equipment. Caroline is a holistic therapist in reiki, aromatherapy and reflexology. This and her meditation practice help keep her teaching vibrant, yet calm and centred. She hopes to share her enthusiasm and joy durincg class, whilst encouraging and supporting each one of you.
