Ash started life as a professional athlete so understands what it's like to push your body and mind, especially when you'v had injuries. After 22 years, his injuries got so bad that he thought he'd never run again. This led him to study and gain a qualification in Sports Massage at St Mary’s University. Doing this time, his partner suggested he should try Pilates. He loved it, and has never look back. Ash is proud to now be a pilates teacher. Running for the bus is no longer a problem, his balance has returned, his shoulder and back pains have gone and his body is stronger than it’s ever been! Pilates will help everyone. Done regularly and properly there is only one outcome…….improvement!
