Abbi was working in the events industry when she first discovered yoga. Finding it brought a huge sense of calm and contentment, yoga quickly became her sanctuary amongst the the busyness, and she knew instantly that she wanted to share the benefits she’d experienced with others.
Having a background in fitness, she has a deep understanding that we are all unique, acknowledging that what works for one body might not work for another. Through gentle guidance, she aims to create a safe space where students feel supported on their yoga journey. She teaches a variety of styles and likes to combine beneficial movement with lighthearted playfulness on the mat. Whilst there will be opportunities to explore strengthening physical postures in the stronger classes, she also encourages students to move with kindness, cultivating a deep sense of self awareness and self compassion.
