Yoga Foundations

Practice the fundamentals

Ideal if you are a first timer, rediscovering yoga or an experienced yogi wanting to address bad habits.

Flow to Restore - Tuesdays 6pm

Find your balance

Find balance through dynamic movement, mindful breathwork, and deep relaxation. In Flow to Restore you'll begin with an uplifting Vinyasa flow, then towards the second half of class you'll use props, such as bolsters and blankets, to fully surrender into a series of restorative poses. Suitable for all levels, including pre- and post-natal.

Mandala Vinyasa

Explore your movement

Mandala Vinyasa is a playful and dynamic yoga practice that involves moving around the mat in a circular pattern, flowing through poses while focusing on the breath. The practice is centered around intention, with a focus on connecting to the four elements: earth, water, fire, and air. Each elemental sequence targets a specific area of the body and group of muscles.

Yin

Release tension

Based on Chinese medicine, passive postures are held to release deep muscle tissue, providing excellent benefits for flexibility, the nervous system, and to counterbalance more energetic ‘flow’ (or ‘yang’) classes.

Evening Flow: Vinyasa And Yin

Nuture your body

A balanced class that combines the dynamic flow of Vinyasa with the deep release of Yin. Begin with a flowing Vinyasa sequence to energize the body, linking breath to movement while building strength and flexibility. As you transition to the second half, settle into the calming, restorative practice of Yin, where long-held poses and mindful breathing invite deep relaxation and release.

Barre

Tone the entire body

Barre classes are dynamic and energetic sessions that provide a full-body workout using props and the ballet bar.

We incorporate isomeric movements to build strength whilst improving posture, balance and flexibility. Feel a burn in muscles you didn't know you had whilst laughing through the sweat. Similar to a HIIT class in this fun fast paced environment we we use light weights to target deep muscles at the barre and during floor work.

Our Pilates classes focus on total body toning using techniques that activate deep muscles. Pilates focuses on improving flexibility, strength, and posture through low-impact exercises and breathing techniques.
