Anne-Marie Alderton

Anne-Marie found her passion for yoga 5 years ago when she noticed the strength, flexibility and sense of calm it gave her in many aspects of life; as well as the balance between the body, mind and soul.

her curiosity to learn more about the origin of yoga and to improve her own practice took her to rishikesh, india for her teacher training.sShe teaches mindful vinyasa/hatha flow classes and slower, yin and restorative sessions. she incorporates yoga philosophy and pranayama in her classes and focuses on using the breath as a meditative tool throughout the practice.
