For the last 20 years, I have learnt, taught and practiced different styles of Yoga, Qigong and Pilates, teaching regular classes, one to one training, and by giving seminars and workshops in London, Madrid, Luzern and Zurich. In my classes, I try to transmit my love for movement and biomechanics either just with Pilates, Yoga or Qigong or mixing the different techniques I learned along my years of training.
