Kate has been practicing yoga since 2005 and has taught for over a decade since 2009. She initially fell in love with yoga as a means to manage stress and feel more vibrant in her desk-bound body. It soon evolved into a passion for exploring the beauty of the moving body and helping others to access their inner dancer and inner peace. Her classes help you step outside of your busy mind and move with grace, combining preparatory body awareness practices with fluid, dance-like flow sequences. Kate has over 1,000 hours of training under her belt across a variety of yoga disciplines including Somatics, Fascia Fitness, Synergy Yoga, Well Woman and Pregnancy Yoga, Meditation and Sound Healing which she weaves into her classes and regular Women’s Circles. She is also a certified Holistic Health Coach and loves helping people create strategies to stay on top of their wellbeing.
