Lorna

Lorna began practicing yoga over a decade ago, helping her to cultivate strength, flexibility and mindfulness both on and off the mat. Passionate about deepening her knowledge, Lorna trained in Vinyasa yoga and Yin yoga in Bali, Indonesia. As a teacher she aims to guide students to connect with their body and mind, finding balance and deep rest. 

Lorna has also completed training in herbalism, art curation and creative writing. Her background in the Arts infuses her yoga classes with creativity and attention to the senses.
