Milly has a background in physical theatre and working as a barista in coffee shops. Whilst she enjoyed this, she wanted to find something soul-fulfilling that moved her - both physically and spiritually.
When her at-home practice started to become more than just flexibility and the benefits began to shine through in her day-to-day life, the path of yoga seemed to offer her just that.
As a teacher, her focus in class is to link movement with breath in a vinyasa flow to guide everyone to find peaceful, mindful presence.
