Tash’s love for movement and wellness all began years ago when she attended her first Pilates class, and she has been obsessed ever since. For Tash, this type of movement felt like the missing puzzle piece for her wellness, and she’s been practising since. Continuously learning about the body and movement, Tash loves to encourage people to move in a way that’s aligned to them.
Every class and exercise is designed for you to have fun and move your body at a pace that works well for you. Watching clients walk out their class feeling empowered and strong in both their body and mind is Tash’s favourite part of her job. She loves to bring a positive and playful approach to her class, where you move the body and connect to the mind in a way that’s engaging. She hopes that this is a space for you to find joy, learn, and feel inspired.
